List Of Best Ontario Provincial Parks
Here is a list of the best Ontario Provincial Parks with a focus on Southern Ontario:
> Grundy Lake Provincial Park
> Bon Echo Provincial Park
> Awenda Provincial Park
> Killbear Provincial Park
> Algonquin Provincial Park
So Which Is The Top Ranked Ontario Park?
Although many swear by Algonquin Provincial Park, Algonquin is more of a wilderness park. And even though there are car camping sites at entrances and along the corridor of Hwy 60, the campgrounds themselves are nothing great. They are more of prep sites for portagers wanting to start a portaging trek into the park and get an early start. Either that or they are designed for families looking to stop and rest with their kids or couples just tired of driving. So, in our opinion, Bon Echo Provincial Park is the best campground in Southern, Ontario. You just can't beat the amenities that Bon Echo has to offer.

As you can see, after watching the video, Bon Echo is breathtaking. Not only is the scenery one of the best in any Ontario Provincial Park, but the availability of things to do and the diversity of campsites, makes Bon Echo our top choice to visit and go camping every single year!
